Lantern Crest Senior Living Phase 2
Officially the largest building constructed in Santee, CA. Lantern Crest Senior living home is a five story building that Coastline steel was responsible for the structural steel and misc. metals. This project was a complex tri-level build that required steel erection and and carpenters working simultaneously at opposite ends of the building and would meet in the middle. This process required extreme coordination and execution on Coastline steel's end to ensure structural steel was at elevations and dimensions that were in line with the framing contractor. Coastline steel also supplied all the misc. metals for this project which included; Balcony railing including radius railing, waterfall feature framing, two 5 story stair towers, and parking garage wrought iron window grates. This project highlight Coastline steel's ability to work under extreme deadlines while maintaining a constant line of communication with other sub-contractor's to ensure the project ran smooth and effective with no delays. Structural Steel Tonnage = 81 tons
